Last October 4, 2017, I joined Max's Restaurant B-ring Doha branch on their Visayan Food Festival to try out their newest Visayan Dishes. As a loca of Iloilo, some of the dishes and its flavor seems familiar to me. Here are the snaps that I took and my brief review: Bacolod Chicken Inasal It's a local dish from Bacolod, marinated for 24 hours and grilled to perfection. Served with chili-soy dip, atchara and jasmine rice. This is what I truly miss from home, the authentic chicken inasal. Max's version of the inasal is close enough to the original Visayan dish.
